Feeling down.
I am in control of my emotions. Yet, when the application fell through, I feel like a mess.
I thought that I had at least one thing that I could make myself proud of. That I could count on.
Failed my scholarship application. To commission as an officer. To maintain a decent relationship. To stick to diet. To not be so gullible and get played by others.
I guess this is the time I reflect.
Back to Insanity for now. I wanna sweat everything away.
My bench needs serious work though.. My pects/arms fatigue so quickly with bench is the prob

Meditation is a big part of overall health. and you would be AMAZED what it can do for your cardio.
I can do HIIT cardio forever and because I have mediation under my belt I can control my breathing so much better. Same as jogging! I honestly am almost never de-winded. Which also = no cramps and side stitches :)
I should start meditating! Breathing is important, I trust that.
